Abundance is a state of mind, as much as it is about material wealth. It’s an expansive approach to wellbeing that trades anxieties over your financial position for an appreciative and sincere belief in the flow of prosperity.

What you'll cover
In exploring Abundance – the final pillar of the 7 Elements of Wellbeing – you’ll focus on ways to have a better relationship with your finances. Trading a mentality of lacking for one of prosperity and generosity. Looking into how money and wealth impact your life and your thoughts to see if anything is blocking its flow. Practising gratitude and active visualisation. And learning to understand that you’re enough – and that you have enough.

How you'll feel
Empowered by an expansive state of mind – not only to embrace your finances, but the other Elements of Wellness too. You’ll have a sense of assurance, security and delight. All of which are essential on the journey to a better life.

6 steps to this course

Firstly, make some time for yourself without interruptions or distractions - in a space where you feel relaxed, safe and comfortable. We invite you to "clear and ground" and declutter your mind. Calming your energy through sound healing or meditative breathing will release any negative thoughts and raise your vibration for the next important step.

Have a piece of paper or notebook handy where you can note down your answers as you move through each course, and treat it as your journal for the duration of your journey through each step.

Connecting with your own story can be incredibly transformative. Reflection is a tool that will build your confidence and strength by focusing on all you have attained, and acknowledging the qualities in yourself you are most proud of. Take a moment to think about what you have achieved, accomplished and overcome. In each section of the course - including this introduction - you will use the reflective questions to help you move forward positively in your life. We suggest you keep your responses in a journal to create your own workbook dedicated to your better wellbeing journey.

step 3

Mapping

This is where you identify and define your Wellness Toolkit, as discussed in the previous section. Here in Get to Know Yourself, we will be guiding you to gather these tools that will form the backbone of your journey to better wellbeing.

This is where we build our vision and set intentions and goals. Draw up the roadmap, and it will take you where you want to go. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Know where those steps are taking you and be clear about what the next step should be to get you there. The practice of visualisation will help make your intentions a reality – bringing them closer to you every day, helping you manifest what you desire.

step 5

Gratitude

In this step, we reflect with thankfulness and act upon each of the 7 Elements of Wellbeing with the simple, but profoundly resonant, daily practice of gratitude. When you notice and are appreciative of the positive elements of your life, you train your mind to see the good. Being thankful also helps you to put any challenges into perspective. When you reflect with gratitude, the opportunity to grow the good increases in value and power.

step 6

Grounding

To help ground your reflections, we have some helpful and practical tools to help you transform what you have discovered into lighter, clearer, more living energy, such as positive affirmations. Some of these methods include affirmations. When we reflect more deeply, we may also become aware of some areas of discomfort. To help manage any negative feelings that arise during the course of reflection, including stress and anxiety, we encourage you to seek the help and advice of some trusted external sources, which can be found here.
